祈求圣灵的七项恩赐
耶稣基督，祢升天之前，曾应许差遣圣灵给祢的宗徒和门徒。求祢赐下圣灵，使我们的生命得以完全，完成祢恩典和爱的工夫。
求祢赐我们敬畏上主的灵，使我们满怀对祢的崇敬之情。
求祢赐我们敬虔的灵，使我们在服侍神的同时也服侍他人，获得平安与满足；
求祢赐我们刚强的灵，使我们与祢一同背负十字架，勇敢地克服阻碍我们得救的障碍；
求祢赐我们知识的灵，使我们认识祢，认识自己，并在圣洁中成长；
求祢赐我们悟性的灵，使我们以祢真理的亮光启迪我们的心智；
求祢赐我们谋略的灵，使我们选择最可靠的道路去遵行祢的旨意，先求祢的国；
求祢赐我们智慧的灵，使我们渴慕永生；
求祢教导我们成为祢忠信的门徒，并在各方面以祢的灵激励我们。阿们。
Prayer for the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit
Christ Jesus, before ascending into heaven, You promised to send the Holy Spirit to Your apostles and disciples. Grant that the same Spirit may perfect in our lives the work of Your grace and love.
Grant us the Spirit of Fear of The Lord that we may be filled with a loving reverence toward You.
the Spirit of Piety that we may find peace and fulfillment in the service of God while serving others;
the Spirit of Fortitude that we may bear our cross with You and, with courage, overcome the obstacles that interfere with our salvation;
the Spirit of Knowledge that we may know You and know ourselves and grow in holiness;
the Spirit of Understanding to enlighten our minds with the light of Your truth;
the Spirit of Counsel that we may choose the surest way of doing Your will, seeking first the Kingdom;
Grant us the Spirit of Wisdom that we may aspire to the things that last forever;
Teach us to be Your faithful disciples and animate us in every way with Your Spirit. Amen.

Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, replace the tension within us with a holy relaxation. Replace the turbulence within us with a sacred calm. Replace the anxiety within us with a quiet confidence. Replace the fear within us with a strong faith. Replace the bitterness within us with the sweetness of grace. Replace the darkness within us with a gentle light. Replace the coldness within us with a loving warmth. Replace the night within us with Your light. Replace the winter within us with Your spring. Straighten our crookedness. Fill our emptiness. Dull the edge of our pride. Sharpen the edge of our humility. Light the fires of our love. Quench the flames of our lust. Let us see ourselves as You see us, that we may see You as You have promised, And be fortunate according to Your word, Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God. Amen.
保护：神的盔甲
主耶稣，凭着信心，我如今穿戴神所赐的全副军装。我戴上救恩的头盔，戴上祢公义的护心镜，用祢真理的带子束腰。我脚上穿上祢平安的福音之鞋。我拿起祢信德的盾牌（它像帐幕一样围绕着我）和圣灵的宝剑（就是神的话语）。我用耶稣基督的宝血遮盖自己，它洗净我一切的罪，圣灵像斗篷一样围绕着我。主耶稣，我赞美祢，感谢祢为我所做的一切，现在我放松在祢里面，知道祢在保护我，免受一切邪恶的意图和目的的伤害。感谢耶稣。

For Protection: Armor of God
Lord Jesus, by Faith, I now put on the whole armor of God. I put on the Helmet of Salvation, the Breastplate of Your Righteousness, I gird myself about with the girdle of Your Truth. On my feet I put the shoes of the Gospel of Your Peace. I take up the shield of Your Faith (which surrounds me like a tent) and the sword of the Spirit (which is God’s Word). I cover myself with the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses me from all sin and around me like a cloak is the Holy Spirit. I praise and thank You, Lord Jesus, for all that You have done for me, and I relax into You now, knowing that You are protecting me from all evil intents and purposes. Thank You Jesus.
I pray also that I may yield to the gifts of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control.
